Great service

I bought a king size trendy bed online and called the shop to follow up on the order. I spoke to John who informed me that it would take at least 4 weeks to manufacture. I wanted to cancel the order as I needed the bed for a show house. The website showed the bed as ‘in stock’ and I required the bed by the following week. John insisted to call the factory to make a plan. The bed was delivered tue same week on the Friday afternoon. I am really pleased with the quality, it is sturdy and fits perfectly with the rest of the room, a classy accompaniment. John continually followed up with the factory and I want to thank him for the excellent service. I am glad he insisted on accommodating me and that I did not cancel my order.
