FALSE ADVERTISING!

I saw a cheap 3 piece set on the website for R1099 and then emailed to order, i sent the picture of the set i wanted and after deciding on payment method i asked for banking details, i was sent an invoice with a different amount on: R1699, that's excluding delivery of R150.00. I then inquired this and was told that they no longer stock the couches of R1099.00 and it must still be taken off the website.<br> <br> I got so irritated because she should of told me that when i sent her the screenshot of the lounge suite that i wanted not after numerous correspondence and payment arrangements. i then forwarded section 4.2 of the consumer law which basically states that the consumer has the right to pay the price advertised, that's when i received a reply filled with attitude telling me that they do not have stock and i didn't make payment and no one is forcing me to buy etc etc and ending with a \do you understand???"as if I am illiterate! <br> <br> I have all the emails in my inbox for proof and noticed on Facebook that this company has a bad reputation and are falsely advertising quality goods and selling ******* and now also increasing the prices.<br> <br> I am very angry!
