DO NOT spend your hard-earned money at Bellville Furniture

I visited Bellville Furniture to buy a mattress. After purchasing a mattress, the mattress was too hard, and the sides collapsed and were not reinforced compared to the one I tested. Delviery period was 3 weeks, and I have received it on 8 weeks. The product was returned due to the faults. The owner refused to speak, refused to give me a refund, the mattress was personally delivered after I have received it.

The employees at the store do not have the power to make any decisions to resolve the problem. They can only consult with the store manager or owner, and they don't react on my problem.

DO NOT spend your hard-earned money at Bellville Furniture. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back, after 3 months.
