disgusting after sale customer care, save yourself a headache and dont visit the store

The after sale at this store is really unacceptable, their stuff is of low quality, I bought couches by them, less than a year later they are torn, I contacted them and they told me it is not under guarantee, I then suggested they fix at my costs and still it was impossible, if you want headache and low quality, visit the store. I REGRET ever giving them a 5 star review a week after I got my couches, it seems all customer care ended there, never and never again will I ever visit or recommend the store. My boyfriend ordered there and I just asked him to cancel and request money back.
