Delivery not fulfilled in 4-5 weeks as promised

I rate this store 0 star for the poorest service rendered to me after making a payment for two slide beds that still has to be manufactured and not meeting any of their promised service. I had a very attentive and swift assistance with sales person Denzil and the promises made by him was not fulfilled. I have not received the beds to date they have not that been delivered and no communication what so ever was directed to me until I had to call the company over 7 times to follow up on the delivery. It’s appalling to have received poor service from Naomi the sales executive who is absolutely helpless with the matter. I will not recommend their store to anyone I value
