Bellville Furniture Shocking Service

Shocking shocking service. I called in to report a fault with a sleeper couch which I had purchased the year before, to be told that I can only whatsapp the customer care. The sleeper couch is so uncomfortable and so poorly designed that I am experiencing back ache from sitting on it for short periods of time.

Needless to say that it has been MONTHS and no one has gotten back to me. Now I am sitting with a couch I am unhappy with and is most likely our of warrantee.
