Bellville furniture is a joke!!!

One star is more than generous for this company. They have beautiful furniture unfortunately that is where it ends. There is no communication between them and the factory making the furniture. It's been 2 months and still struggling to get the 2 sofas I have ordered. Everytime something is wrong. I am not difficult, but I'm lost for words. They promise you the sun moon and earth and anything is possible.. But soon as they have your money... Then everything change. 3 days before delivery... Can only be delivered a week later. 3 days after that the factory has run out of the material.... And material Wil only arrive 2 weeks after original delivery date.. Then the wood is stained the wrong Colour and sofas send back to factory. Finally when the sofas get delivered the wood is not stained at all. Anyone thinking of ordering anything from them should think twice, if you want to be messed around and taken for a joke go ahead and order from them. The above is the short version..
