Bellville Furniture. After Sales Service is bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After sales service from Bellville Furniture is appalling. Bought the couch in August 2017 and 1 seat caved in by February. Contacted them in March about the couch. I was told that I'm still in the Warranty period and that they will arrange for the couch to be picked up. Checked again in the beginning of April but no reply. I tried again at the end of April and got a reply that the paperwork was filled in in March, but someone must have forgotten. They told me that someone would come in the week to collect. Checked with them in May and still nothing. Checked again in June and still nothing.
