Bad service from Bellville Furniture

Their service is terrible. I bought a couch and 2 weeks after delivery, the stiching came loose. I phoned and mailed and phoned and mailed, but they never got back to me. I then mailed the owner, Jean Rossouw. Twice. I am still waiting for a reply. I then phoned him but he was busy and said that he will come back to me. And I am still waiting. I will never buy from them again!!
