Bad service

Good morning, I bought 2 sleeper couches from Bellville Furnitures for R8010, then they called to say I must pay another R1500 for delivery charges which I did, they they called again to say, it does not include the mattresses, I cancelled the order as I did not have the finances, if I phone them they tell me the Manager is in a meeting or out for the day, this has been going on for 2 weeks, I am in desperate need of my refund, what can I do, please help Peter
