Bad service

Please do not ever buy from Bellville Furnishers, I am battling for 2 weeks to get my refund out of them, I paid in cash for 2 sleeper couches, it was a amount of R8010 and then they said I must pay R1500 for delivery charges, thereafter they send me a message to say the mattresses was not included, I then cancelled because I did not have the money for the mattresses, everytime I phone I speak to someone different, because the boss is not in, would not like to mention their names, I need my monet desperately, it is not that I have received any service or business
