Bad products and customer service

<p>I would like to advise everyone do not buy anything from Bellville Furniture, there service is extremely bad. I bought my L-shaped couch from them 4 month's ago, I called them to pick up the couch and get it sorted as my couch goes down to the ground when 1 person sits on the couch , I made arrangements with them to pick up my couch on a Friday, they never came that Friday, 1 week later they came to pick up the couch, I waited 2 week's for them to drop my couch, I even whats app them as I was communicating with 1 of their employees rayno on what's app and they never rep****, they eventually tried to call me, I called them back and made arrangements for them to drop my couch at 10 or 11 am last week friday, they ended up delivering the couch at 5pm last week Friday. I had a look at the couch, when anyone sits on my couch it goes down to the ground, I called them the Saturday morning and spoke to the female manager on duty, she advised me they will call me back on Monday as I requested a cash refund , it's Thursday today and still no call back. Please avoid buying from Bellville Furniture as there products and customer service is extremely bad.</p>
