Bad customer services

Purchased furniture from the store on 11 January 2018. 2 to 3 weeks were indicated as expected date of delivery. We are now in the 4th week. After 4 phone calls with no response went to the store this morning. Bunk beds are at the factory they were going to call me back regarding a futon. Had to phone again and still no feedback on the where abouts on the futon or expected date of delivery. Will not do business with this establishment again.
