THIS CITY IS MESSED UP

So i see lots of people complaining about this place.i thought id be the first,what happens to these complaints? Doesn't look asif managment supervisor or anyone are doing something about this terrible service at this place.ITS AS IF GOVERNMENT WORKERS ARE UNTOUCHABLE? THEY THINK SO. was at this place a day ago, these people are saying its free and we must be happy for the assistance,did u see what these workers are doing all day?did you see why we are sitting at this place all day? Have a closer look and see, this is not the first time,take note when u go, these workers are doing **** for most of the day,this is why we wait so long, they go from department to department to have conversations and make jokes while they are suppose to be working helping the sick so they can be treated and go home to rest,guys at the pharmacy sitting on the benches and needed to be called whole time to come and work,the prep nurces siting having conversations standing in the rooms talking and joking,when they have lots of files they still did not call our to assist the sick,they had a mans file and misplaces it in 5min and the man sat there half dead of sick while they look for his file from the morning till 3pm,you get up becouse you see what they are doing becouse you sitting watching this rubish since before 8am, you say something about it and then get told just for that we will not help you, when i got my number early morning from the women i believe tobe supervising this messedup place,she then tells us she will be going on tea now and then back, she gets back after 30min,which i guess they get 30min tea break?nice,then she doesnt assist us, she then leaves with her whole family,which i see this whole government place is becoing a family business,she leave with her son which is an intern typing with one fulinger all day,the aunt,and who knows if the lady behind reception/driver is also family of them, they leave and get back 3hours later,i would love to know where they were,comes back with there 2 kids, a baby and a son from primary school,they all stand around in the office/reception playing with these kids,YET WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR HELP,I asked why we are waiting this long and i get told to shoosh and sit,i then tell this intern/worker look here you do not shoosh me you are standing around for as long as I can remember,i get to the pharmacy and my file gets taken just waiting for 3 boxes for pills i waited 30min, and i got up again to saysomething and they all stood behind the window making jokes and talking to eachother on one spot,this is why we wait this long and they have more to say and rude.two cleaners at this place have been sweeping all day from the morning till i left, if not the. They outside sitting all day waiting for when they must sweep again,toilets are dirty..no toilet.paper.soap bucket off on the floor,for as long as i am going to this place..its the same **** over and over..whos going to take charge here?only one intern who I take my hate off,WHY I SHE STILL AND INTERN SHE IS A GOOD WORKER ALWAYS HELPING WHERE SHE CAN EVEN IF SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE WHAT SHE IS DOING TO LOOK FOR TOILET PAPER,i need to get her name, but this is the second year she is their, afro hair,very nice and helpful..only one working all day busy,the rest are f*** useless and rude..i bring this to the doctors attention and was told she knows about it all but when they say up..they get told sh****and makasif they in the wrong....so who is taking who for a joke here?I would like for somone to get back to me with some results or something.Something needs to be done here there are real people out there needing these good jobs that are hard working people... ***
