Worst service experience ever

On the 22 July I visited the Bellville Furniture store and purchased a headboard and was instructed that it would take 3 to 4 weeks, I was later contacted to be informed that there is a back log of a week which I was fine with. 2 months has passed and no one contacted me I then decides to call to follow up and I was told the sale person who assisted me no longer works there and no follow up was done due to that. I Spoke to Zee on 14 Sept and she advised me that delivery will take place Tuesday 19Sept and I told her about the extra piece of material that I requested with the sales person at the time of purchase which he never came back to me within the promised period. She would take it up with her manager and get back to me which never happened I then contact her on the 19 Sept to follow up and spoke to Melody who then promised me again that the headboard would be delivered the 21 Sept I wait and wait I again had to phone to follow up requested to speak to The Manager was on Leave apparently how convenient I then spoke to Zilvino whom is the acting manager he and vented my frustration with him as I can't understand why I as the client have to phone after them as I'm waiting whole day for someone to call me to confirm delivery I was then advised that my head board will be delivered today after 5 I then asked for the details of the manager so that I could take it further I will advised that senior manage is in JHB during our conversation he found my frustration as a client funny and laughed which I think was inappropriate as I as a customer who is u unhappy very disrespectful. Then 5 on clock arrives and no delivery at 5:45 Ryan calls and says his on his way with my head so they arrived to my displeasure they arrive with a headboard and the extra material not even the headboard I have ordered I paid R3600 they deliver me a headboard that costs R2600..... At the time of my purchase.......THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE
