Stole my moneys

I paid in full for a course up front, and after being transfered to a remote location for work there was no way I would be able to attend a exam venue I asked for some kind of refund as I would not be able to continue. They outright refused and said they can only give me a year or to off and if I can continue the course there after. They phoned me yesterday to askif I can continue and I said nothing changed and they are still refusing to pay me back.
