Bad quality workmanship and recanting on quotation

I have sent my Land Rover engine to them to be refurbished from Mozambique, once it was back in Mozambique and fitted we could not get it running, I then sent the whole vehicle back to Bell Trade. After months of begging for a quote he responded telephonically and said it would not be more than R7000 the final invoice he sent me was for R24000 ( This was around the same amount that I paid to refurb the engine ) Once completed and retrieved from him it over heated and was sent back to him. He went through the vehicle and promised me that the only problem was that the radiator was clogged up, and that it now was in a perfect condition.<br> <br> Again fetched from him I sent it to have the diff seals repaired, on the way there it once again overheated, I have sent him a email and he doesnt respond
