I don't understand why they can't reschedule

I don't understand why they can't reschedule or postpone treatments. They were very attentive through the whole process but when I tried to postpone my lipo for 2 months they told me that it's not possible, and that they are fully booked, but surely they could find some other time. Nevermind, other than that they were great. I went through with it on the original date and I'm glad I did it. I feel much better and happier now. What's even better is that they still ring me up every few weeks to check that nothing unexpected has happened. Great customer service. Just need to be a bit more flexible, that's all.
