DO NOT believe their Advertising, Services or Promises!

I purchased a 'smart coffee table' from Bellissimo Lifestyle Designs in March 2025. Firstly I had to confirm with them when would delivery take place ..then the first product delivered was a used/demo model, once queried they provided me with a new product. Whilst unboxing the new one(looking through the manual) I realised it didn't have the features advertised, so I queried again listening to their excuses then pointed out its false advertising and rightfully requested a refund. I then boxed the product and its been awaiting a pick up/refund eversince. They agreed to a refund however no communication thereafter, i followed up Each week or two, but there was some sort of excuse as to why the refund is not taking place, a month later little/no replies to messages and emails. It's been 3 months since my purchase and I'm still being strung along! I was promised from April this would be resolved and again in June I'll be refunded! Once they have your money ...They do not care about their customers and violate your rights as paying customer!
