Absolute *******!

From walking in to sitting down it was the most disappointing experience. Reading the menu there is a list of charges that you are told to pay without choice. Why must I pay your prominade levy when you make a mark up on your food and drink. If the service was good I wouldn't mind paying the automatic 10% service charge but when waiting for over 30mins for coffee I don't think so at all especially when the cup in front of you is frothed milk with a hint of coffee flavor. Absolute disappointment. The 6 of us all decided to finish our coffees and move next door for our breakfast at LA Spiaggia and what a great choice. Will not be visiting Bellezar again. Absolute ******* at bellezar.
