Pathetic service delivery

I'm appalled and disgusted with the way we were treated upon taking my wife for a Mother's Day brunch at Patisseries Belle. We arrived at the restaurant at 10:50am and ordered lasagne and 2 sandwiches. We were told that it would take 30 minutes to prepare and at 10 min intervals the waiter was kind to let us know it on its way. 50 min later and the meal was still not delivered to us. What's worse is that when the waiter indicated that it would take another 3 minutes we told him to bring our sandwiches then. Low and behold the Manager then arrived to inform us that the sandwiches were not made and that they had no bread. After 1 hour your restaurant and staff had no decency to correct the situation. What's worse is the day before I went to the restaurant to reserve a table because my 2 daughters saved their money to take their mum for a special breakfast. <br> <br> Advertising that you'll leave with a smile and French culture of the mother daughter team is bulldust. Especially seeing that you have left this mother and daughter in disappointment on Mothers Day
