Mould in cake platter at Belles Patisserie

We bought one of those mixed platters for R200, that consisted of choc mousse cake, almond tart, apple tart, pecan tart and petite fours, to take to a coffee date at my inlaws house. Someone noticed mould on one of the slices

I sent Belles an email with a pic of the mould. No response since the 12 Feb 18. Dissapointed
