Disgusting service at belles

<p>On 6 February I confirmed my order for a frozen themed cake to be picked up at their sandton branch on Friday 17 feb 2017. Sent an email on Friday to confirm that the cake is ready for collection. No reply. Phone sandton to ask them if my cake is there to which they rep**** there was no cake like what I'm asking for there. Phone blue bird and ask them. So I phone blue bird, spoke to the manager. She took my details and called a short while later to say the cake is only for tomorrow. I told her that I confirmed via email that the cake will be picked up on Friday at the sandton branch. Sorry she says. Phone the factory. She doesn't know. So I try earnestly trying the numbers she has given me, no answer on any of them. I finall get through on the one number after a few tries only to be told that the person who's number I called no longer works for belles. No one can give me an idea as to what time, if at all, it would even be in on Saturday. I sent another email on Friday night expressing my dissatisfaction. And what did I get..... Nothing. No cake. No call. No apology. No return email. Almost as if I did not exist at all. So I was left with no birthday cake. Shocking belles. Never again. If anyone also is looking for a cake, don't risk it with belles, you may never get it. </p>
