Bithday cake I ordered was not what I collected

I ordered 3 Layer Birthday cake for my daughters Birthday from Belles Patisserie on 27July2015 for my function on the 29August2015. I was contacted by Linda Lipschitz (she's the owner) to confirm the colours of the Decoration & the style of the cake. I emailed her a picture of the cake that I wanted (white cake with small little Pink & yellow flowers on it) The filling of the biggest layer to be a rainbow cake(it looked like someone thru up in it &was not the usual rainbow cake) the 2nd & 3rd smaller layers in pink velvet. <br> <br> We agreed that I will collect the cake on Friday the 28th but couldn't get a hold of anyone to point me in the right direction if the cake was ready or not. Chris called me later offered me 6 cupcakes for the inconvenience & we agreed that I will collect it on Sat Morning. To my surprise the cake was grass green, blue & gold it looked like a mess. I had no choice but to take it as my function was to start at 12pm. the Icing on the cake was already cracked when I collected the cake & the entire cake fell apart before it got to my venue. I took the cake back the next day & still awaiting a refund of my money & apology for the stress caused by Belles
