Bad Attitude and Service

I am so disappointed with the service of the staff at Blue Bird shopping center, you ruined my sisters wedding cake and now you are arguing over a refund from full to 50 %, you ruined my sisters wedding cake, its not like you could make a new one and deliver it on her wedding day.
