NO SERVICE ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

We have been ordering our employees uniform from them the past few years. The lady whom always assisted is on maternity leave - she was efficient and we never had a problem. We have placed an additional order which we have not received - approx 6 months now. If you phone Colin and Kim just ignores you or just plain pretend they don't hear you. We sent numerous emails - no reply! There is a credit on our account and that is why we placed the order - which we are waiting for 6 months now! They also don't want to refund the credit.<br> We will never ever order anything from them again and good luck to those who do!
