Full Payment - No Delivery!

We ordered corporate gifts at the beginning of October, paid the amount in full and were advised that our order was ready and would be delivered on the 30th of November. Our order has still not arrived and we cannot get in touch with either of the owners of the business. Calls are being ignored and emails not returned.
