poor ownership, poor service

This is not the right company to use if you want good service or a quality product. The owner, Alicia is very difficult to work with and rude. She let me down plenty of times with her confirmed lead times, never once was upfront about needing more time. Once she even put the blame on her assistant and made me call her. I was even told once 'to watch who I'm speaking to!' - a very unimtimidating but disgusting threat in terms of business etiquette. Too many personal problems (which she was always quick to bring up).
