We have been in the furniture business for 22 years - We gave Belle EpicQ some doors and pedestals and tables to do for us in a French cream shabby look...first of all she had the goods 3 weeks late - We sent our driver to their premises several times to collect the goods because she refuses to take our calls - we left several messages - she NEVER returns our calls and then starts sending rude messages on whatsapp. we lost several orders because of the bad quality of her work - some items came with a shabby look and the next batch was a different colour and did not match the initial colour we asked for. we had to send it back to have it redone - we waited another 5 weeks for these repairs and still no communication from Alicia.it was an absolute nightmare and she always blames her delays on personal issues...she has the cheek to report my company on Hello Peter after she has never placed any orders with our company ( Headboard Emporium) - do not get this company to do any work for you - you will never get what is promised and you will have weeks and weeks delay on your orders...we have lost thousands of rands because she cannot deliver quality work.
