So i booked at BELLE DONE SPA AND BOUTIQUES HOTEL online i called the hotel, they told me they have a party i can come if i dont mind the noise. I went i paid 2300 as soon as i paid they made up new rules which restrict me to my room. How can i go to a hotel like so i requested my refund and they said they refund me monday after the accounts department receives my refund form. Tuesday 5 March they called me to come and get my money, when i went there i was threatened and sweared at. Cause apparently they have money more than me. I havent recieved my R2250 and i didnt even sleep there. They say if i cant afford the hotel they dont need my business. Iv been humiliated embarrassed and sworn at by MANAGEMENT
