No box and no Refund

<p>I had to play detective to track the owner of Belle box down... I ordered a box on the 12 April and to date all she has given me is empty promises of refunds and sending me a box. I've lost count of all the emails, whatsapps, phones calls, voice mails, FB inboxes and her public promises to save face on social media... apart from these reviews there are more ladies who stil have not recieved thier boxes nor refunds... Guess where I finally tracked this one down on? Twitter... updating almost everyday but can't even take 5 minutes to respond to my messages or do my refund but has all the time in the world to update her twitter statuses... Yes Emy... I've turned into a detective because of you. Now... since you have more ****py reviews than good ones can I expect my refund AND my box anytime soon since you said you would send a box off for all the trouble and the refund? or do I need to open a theft case against you? All I want is my R250 back and you are literally making me beg for my own money. You don't do business like this and you should have come to me instead of the other way around to explain the situation. Like I have said in my messages to you I have given you the benefit of the doubt from the beginning despite everyone telling me to open a theft case against you. I guess that is the only route to go now since you don't want to own up and refund me... I will also share this post on all social platforms so that when ladies look up belle box they have the chance to think twice about supporting you and to avoid them landing in the same situation. Thanks alot for nothing Emy - you have lost my support and I have lost all trust in you.</p>
