FIRST EXPERIENCE, BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

<p>I came accross Belle Box and ordered 2 x boxes on 11 May and paid for them. I wasnt sure how delivery worked so I sent an email on 18 May to enquire when I would receive them. I was told by the owner Emy that boxes are shipped at the end of each month. It is now the 13th of the month and I have not received my boxes? No one is replying to my emails, SMS or online queries?</p>
