BAD REVIEW AND TREATMENTS AT BELLE AME SLIMMING AND BEAUTY CLINIC BLOEMFONTEIN

After careful consideration if I want to join the world of opinionated people I decided to make an informed decision and help fellow Bloemfontein Resident and woman to save money and not to make the same mistakes and fall for dishonest business people and loose their hard earned money.

My husband and myself consulted BELLE AME SLIMMING AND BEAUTY clinic who has a wide variety of services and is quite impressive. The prices are not on a budget scale which indicated that the service must be of quality and that is in fact what we are looking for in trusting a consultant with beauty treatments.

We had a couple of treatments of okay quality but we got build a relationship with the owner of the business and supported her through good faith. Then the biggest mishap of all happened. We decided to part take in her LAZER TREATMENT THERAPY- and please note, we had no previous experience on this so we took advise from ELZNA the owner as gospel and followed her every instruction to the letter.

The treatments was MAX PRICE RANGE as we soon found out after some research, sadly only after our money was wasted. We had unsuccessful results from this woman who with every laser treatment had a different approach to how the preparations and after care should be done. I in fact have voice notes which my new consultant completely disagrees with and proves yet again that she has had no training or understanding of this field. Sadly after empty promises of helping until we get the desired results WHICH NEVER HAPPENED and her moving to 2 new premises in the time we met her, she turned on us and refused to help us further and also recited a version of an agreement which never existed. All in all we still had paid sessions which she didn't honor or refuse to refund our cash with a very abrupt message of " I DONT OWE YOU ANYTHING" . She cancelled our future appointment and left us high and dry and with our extra money in her pocket and very poor results on our bodies.

After talking to some of my friends in Bloemfontein I learned that this is a usual problem with this business owner of delivering sub par service and refusing to correct her work. I had a set of GEL OVERLAY NAILS done over Dec 2021 period where I had to return 4 times for her to fix her poor workmanship and for which SHE CHARGED ME every time. I have a friend who had the exact same problems of her nails lasting no more than 24 hours. My incident happened in my first week of having the gel overlay on my nails.

She also did MESO THERAPY where she didn't even numb the area and I had excruciating pain from this so much that I never will attempt it again. We also had an incident of SUGARING OF MY UNDERARM area where I was so badly injured I couldn't touch my armpit area for 3 weeks due to bruising and skin abrasion.

I saw she added to her service list of Botox and micro needling. I really hope I can spare people the damage and disappointment with my review that we had to encounter the hard and extremely painful way
