Don't recommend

My only regret about my wedding was choosing Belle Âme as our décor company. From the very beginning, communication was a major issue. I constantly had to follow up just to get basic feedback—especially from Adele. It felt like I was chasing them down throughout the entire process. When I wasn’t happy with the initial table setup, Hanli made me feel like a burden for asking to see another version, as was was an additional cost to her. Adele eventually created a second design, but it still didn’t reflect what I had envisioned. It was clear they hadn’t taken my inspiration or detailed decor guide seriously, and I got the sense that I was an inconvenience for requesting changes. The second mock-up was even worse than the first. It was incredibly disheartening and made it obvious that they hadn’t paid attention to the detailed decor guide I had provided. In the end, the reception only looked the way I wanted because I had to give them extremely specific, step-by-step instructions—with diagrams—just over a week before the wedding. This last-minute scramble was incredibly stressful and completely avoidable. The flowers were by far the biggest disappointment. I gave them a very detailed brief outlining exactly what I wanted for the bouquets. Despite this, what I received on the day was the opposite: SPRAY-PAINTED flowers that looked nothing like the reference photos. They were tacky, cheap-looking, and nothing close to what I had imagined. I was honestly embarrassed to walk down the aisle holding them. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with the entire experience. I would strongly advise against using Belle Âme for your wedding décor.
