Rude, terrible service from the staff

I was a day late to take my son for his injection because my work refused to give me the day off, or even the morning off. So the next day i managed to get off an i took him, they made me sit in the rain outside with my 10 month old son, because i was a day late. They refused to help me, they said i must wait outside they will help everyone first before they help me because i must learn to be on time.
