I have been ordering online for many years and have literally NEVER EVER had an issue. This morning I ordered the special for their beauty products (4 items) where you save in the region of approximately 40%. I also ordered an additional item, so I was obviously sure of the amount that these items adds up to. Upon my order being completed, something told me to go onto my internet banking. These people ended up debiting my card with more than R2,000 extra. Unfortunately I only thought of HelloPeter afterwards and were shocked to see all these similar bad reviews! I had to immediately report this to the ***** department at my Bank and had to have the card utilised cancelled. Luckily my Bank can be trusted.

I cannot believe that people operate like this. Shocking!!!!
