paid for goods never sent

I purchased skin care products via Internet 27 December 2015. <br> I confirmed my residential address for delivery with the company. To date I have not received my order. I sent them a mail and they asked me to reconfirm my address for delivery of which I did. Later they said my order could have been delivered to the nearest post office. This does not make sense. This is a ***** watch out people. All I want know is my money back. You can keep your products.
