OVercharged and NON DELIVERY!

<p>I ordered online back in May 2017 and like others have noted, though I was purchasing for R400 only for my card to be charged R2000! </p> <p>I then received a mail notifying my that the order had been shipped. Then I waited patiently and then heard nothing further. When I followed up with the tracking number, I was told that once it reaches the local port they cannot track it anymore and its no longer their problem!!!</p> <p>Now 3 months later I have still not recived anything but have no way of finding out where the goods are from the port. If someone has a suggestion please let me know.</p> <p>The fact that they do not care at all and have not discharged their responsibility to deliver to the address given is completely unacceptable!!!!</p> <p>Horrific and shocking customer service.</p>
