Disgusting and terrible service

<p> I ordered and paid for my goods on the 4th March 2016 and am still waiting for it to arrive. When i sent a mail to cancel my order and refund money paid, they told me that it would cost me a 15% restocking fee and that they are giving me a 50% discount haha then they still go and take R99.00 out of my account again.......who know what for. They have now supposedly sent the goods again. What a ****. You also cannot phone as you cant get hold of anyone. All the e-mails are programmed. Very disappointed.</p>
