Bad Service from Bellavlei

It has been three weeks now that I have not recieved my products. I saw the Adverti*****t online for R449 which at the time I thought was reasonable. I app**** online for the product next minute I saw R2065 taken of my bank account. I called Bellavlei in the US and was told that it is too late to cancel as it went into shipping. They were not sympathetic at all to hear my problem. I went to the bank to reverse the money and on the 25 March they deducted the money again. I am still waiting for the products. I have sent them and email to date no response.
