Bad service and still waiting for my order

I am very disappointed and upset. I have placed and order with Bellavei more than a month ago the product is called Nuviante Advanced Hair Growth Forumla. I have been informed that my product will be delivered in 14 - 21 working days. I have placed my order 22 March 2016 and its now 4 May 2016 and i have still not received it. They had no problem in debiting my account with more than R700 when i registered and they were very quick on response with my shipping number etc but now im getting worried that this might have been a **** and they are making no effort what so ever to track my order if my order even exists. When they did finally respond they rep**** saying that they dont have me on their records and that i have to send all information to them to prove that i did register and that they will then refund me. I have forwarded all the correspondence to them from my registration number to my tracking number they sent me and now there is complete silence on the matter.
