Bad service

I ordered my products in the 17/8/2017. They promised delivery for 21/8/2017. They took my money on time. Every time I email them they say a consultant will call me in 48 hours ! This is since 21/8/2017. We on the 10/9/2017 n I m still waiting. BAD SERVICE N ATTITUDE
