Re-upholstery of ex-Gomma Gomma set a NIGHTMARE!!

On 14.11.2015 my Gomma Gomma set was handed to Bella's for re-upholstery. The invoice given on receipt of the deposit indicated Delivery 2-3 weeks. In December two days before Christmas the set was delivered on our lawn of which we were basically begged to pay the remainder due to the fact that the owner needs the cash for her \Cancer\" treatment. We subsequently comp**** albeit being unhappy with the late arrival of our set. However as we carried the set in we noted that the set was damaged and the quality of the workmaship was absolutely unacceptable...ribbing was loose, backrest panels were different sizes and the seats were raised such that the armrests were unreachable in the normal seating position. We called them to remove the set and fix it. They did. Then 3 weeks later they brought them back. This time the seats were dirty, the fabric had a hole in and the cushioning was hard and flat.
