Beware of Unreliable Services - Bellarox CC (Paul Scheepers & Natasha Scheepers)

I recently engaged Bellarox CC, represented by Paul Scheepers and Natasha Scheepers, to drill a borehole in Draaifontein. Unfortunately, my experience with this "company" has been nothing short of disappointing.

Despite paying a significant deposit of R20,000, I have yet to receive the services I contracted for. This lack of delivery has caused me considerable financial strain and inconvenience.

Adding insult to injury, after sending a formal letter requesting a refund of my R20,000, I have been blatantly ignored by Paul and Natasha Scheepers. Despite numerous attempts to reach them, I have received no response for several days.

It's clear that Bellarox CC does not prioritize fulfilling its obligations to its clients. Their failure to provide the services within the agreed-upon timeframe is in direct violation of South African consumer protection laws.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Bellarox CC for any services. Their unreliability, disregard for their customers' satisfaction, and lack of communication are evident in my experience.

Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Bellarox CC, and I would caution anyone against engaging in their services.
