Unreliable business

I made a booking #***4 and payment through the SafariNow website and received confirmation. Thereafter I was informed by the Guest House that the rates and information on the website is incorrect. Trying to get my refund after I mailed proof of payment but no refund yet because they do not have funds. I will now also be forced to pay different rates / have no accommodation if I arrived as booked. Very unreliable business.
