Charging double the price for hair products!

The staff is extremely unfriendly. My daughter had a brazilian blowdry and I was only informed at the end of the treatment that because of the length of her hair that we need to pay extra. Then they recommended a shampoo and conditioner that would extend the Brazilian blowdry. I purchased it only to find that I can buy it for less than half the price from another hairdresser! I tried to phone but after explaining to the receptionist the nature of the call she informed me that the owner was out. I phoned again numerous times but the owner remained OUT. I left a message and have not received a phone call back. I would like to return the products and get a refund. And I would NOT recommend this establishment to anybody! I feel ****** by Bellamore!
