Worst service received!!

We have had the WORST service from Bellagio Cresta Mall, Randburg.<br> <br> I bought my fianc?'s wedding band there, and I spent a lot of money! The consultant got the size of the ring wrong after I told him it will be too big. Then it was. Took it back to have it resized, they removed the engraving. So I have to redo, and pay for it. Then a couple of months ago, they broke into the house and stole the safe with the wedding band's certificate, I asked them to reprint it, and they forgot. After they \Lost"the wedding band when we had it resized (reason they lost it during stocktake at head office). Phoned them AGAIN to print the certificate"
