Worst service ever...

I handed Bellagio my watch last year for a repair. since then there has been up and down communication, but usually it takes two to four weeks before they reply. I called the supplier directly to find out that my watch was collected by them ten days ago. I have called and e-mailed to find out if I can collect, but have had no response. It appears they are friendly and helpful with new sales, but could not care less about customers or future business. I would advise you to NOT shop at Bellagio Jewlers.
