Brand New Bella Pulse Broken

I purchased a brand new Bella Pulse from Chantal at Belladerma and after using it for 2 weeks it broke. 4 days later a technician arrived with parts and those parts turned out to be wrong. After sending a brand new machine the neat day the technician tried to get the new machine to work and that one too would not work correctly and sparked periodically from the side of the machine. These are brand new imported machines and are not cheap. I sent both machines back to Chantel at Bellederma and I am still waiting for my refund that she said has to be discussed with her lawyers first. I have clients to refund for the services they did net receive....
