Worst Guesthouse in Centurion

<p>I visit centurion very often due to my work and have always used the popular hotel until a colleague recommented guesthouses are the best. I then googled and came across a guesthouse called BellaCanella. this is the worst choice I have ever made. </p> <p>upon arrival to the lodge my companion and I were treated in an unwelcome manner, firstly no one welcomed us, we had to walk aroung looking for the reception until the gardner came through and harshly said "we are fully booked" before greeting me. the owner's son later came, they were so rude, unprofessional and had no time attend us. moreover there were mix ups in dates booked and we were asked to leave the premises immediately, when i asked to sit down and call Uber they said I can do that outside their gate, showing no concerns whatsoever for my safety seeing it was after 8pm.</p> <p>I then cancelled the booking in total and asked for my refund seeing it was still 7day prior to the alternative check in date and I was told there is no refunds. something that was never disclosed to me from the beginning.</p> <p>the rude owner Mercia Coelho also called me confirming the cancellation and never seemed bothered about my concerns or the reputation of her establishment.</p> <p>It was indeed a lesson learnt to me. I definitely do not Recommend BellaCanella to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
